1. HEC Need Based scholarships are available for enrolled students of undergraduate &postgraduate level in all disciplines.
2. Applicant’s Father / Guardian income should not be more than Rs. 35,000/- (from all sources).
3. The eligibility of a candidate is linked to neediness of the candidate as determined & assessed by the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee keeping in view the financial background of the family of the applicant.
4. Limited numbers of scholarships are available, therefore; most deserving & needy students will be considered by the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee.

Photocopies of following attested documents are required to attach with the application form:

1. CNIC of Applicant, Guardian& Witnesses
2. Educational Documents (from Matriculation to the latest degree)
3. Last & latest fee receipts of self and siblings
4. Latest Salary Slip of Father / Mother / Guardian
5. Latest Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Water & Telephone / Mobile Phone)
6. Death Certificate of Father (for orphan’s only)
7. Pension Book (in case father / guardian is retired employee)
8. Rent agreement (in case of rented house)
9. Registry or Ownership documents (in case of Agriculture Land)
10. Medical bills/ expenditure related documents (if applicable)
11. Previous scholarship(s) attained (if applicable)
12. Domicile
13. Hostel Certificate
