IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEC NEED BASED SCHOLARSHIP
It is important to read the Eligibility Criteria and Instructions before submitting On-line application.

It is compulsory to apply online for HEC NEED BASED Scholarship and submit the hard copy of application form in Directorate of Financial Assistance & University Advancement.
- Applicants are required to read & understand the eligibility criteria very carefully.
- All the fields are mandatory; please mention your particulars carefully.
- Enter the correct mobile number and email address for future communication.
- Only those applications will be considered who are meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Please mention the Designation of your father / guardian very clearly.
- Eligible students will be called for the interview. The interview schedule will be displayed on the Notice Board of Directorate of Financial Assistance & University Advancement and concerned Faculty.
- The Institutional Scholarship Award Committee (ISAC) will interview all the applicants and finalize the eligible candidates after evaluating their information.
- The decision of the ISAC will be final and the recommended students will be considered for further process of scholarship award.
- After successful submission of the online application form; reference number of the application will be generated. This will certify that the online application form has been submitted successfully by you. Please save this reference number for further correspondence.
- After filling the "Scholarship Form"; please click at the "submit" button and take the print out of your online application and submit in the Directorate of Financial Assistance & University Advancement along with all required documents. .
