Professor Dr. Amael Borzee (Professor, Nanjing University, China and co-chair IUCN Amphibian Specialist Group) visited the campus of PMAS-AAUR under the collaboration established between Laboratory of Animal Behavior and Conservation (Nanjing University) and Herpetology Lab (Zoology, Wildlife and Fisheries, PMAS-AAUR). He met with the worthy Vice Chancellor, Chairperson (Zoology, Wildlife and Fisheries), faculty, visited department of Entomology, and held discussion with MPhil and PhD scholars. The Herpetology Lab and SAVE THE FROGS, USA, organized SAVE THE FROGS DAY PAKISTAN on 27th April, 2024 at Trail 5, Margalla Hills National Park, Islamabad where Dr. Amael delivered an invited talk on amphibian ecology and conservation. He along with the Herpetology Lab’s incharge (Dr. Muhammad Rais) and lab students, surveyed amphibian habitats in Murree on 28th April, 2024 where he provided research guidance to the students and explored future possible research avenues.
