The Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) at PMAS-AAUR was organized the 5th Cohort 2025 at Q.Zaman Business Incubation Center (BIC). Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Qamar uz Zaman was graced the ceremony as chief guest and officially inaugurated the the 5th Cohort. The deans, directors, heads of departments, faculty members and university officials, reflecting the university’s strong commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, also attended the ceremony.

Prof. Dr. Qamar-uz-Zaman engaged directly with the newly incubated startup teams. Each team presented their business models, innovative ideas, and current development activities. The Vice Chancellor expressed his admiration for the entrepreneurial spirit of the students and lauded the quality of the ideas being nurtured under the incubation program. He also emphasized the significance of entrepreneurship in shaping a resilient, self-reliant economy. He encouraged the youth to embrace innovation and take charge of their futures through self-employment and creative ventures. He reaffirmed the university’s full support in providing resources, mentorship, and institutional backing to aspiring entrepreneurs.
